In the framework of the Hidromoland Fun Sports Center in Podgorica, I made a restaurant for which, if you are just viewing pictures, you would not suspect that there is exactly this place - below the stadium of Buducnost. Ambience completely different from the environment. It was also my task to bring the soul into a space that until then did not overly attract guests.
I "cured" it using bright tones and materials to a narrow and long space visually expanding. Using stone, wood and forged details, with already existing wall techniques, I compromisedly balanced the ambience - connected with the rest of the Hidomolend made of different material. In order to avoid a claustrophobic feeling in a room without daylight, I simulated three-dimensional motifs of the sea and the horizon. That made him more open. Several paved columns with stone, part of the walls, a walnut with authentic doors as an antique from one and retained contemporary form on the other, gave a special decency to the new restaurant.
