Bridje
Near Podgorica, in Lješanska nahija, is the village of Briđe. And in the village is the old stone house of the Brnović family. From that house they went out into the world. In a foreign land they felt the call of their homeland. To return, the house needed to be renovated. That's where we helped. Completely restored.
Its dimensions were slightly increased and the shape remained the same. In the basement, the space is organized as a tavern, which is entered from the yard and from the first floor. Upstairs is a large room, to which a bathroom has been added. The sleeping area is separated by a curtain from the living room with a fireplace. From the living room there is access to the kitchen without a partition.
In front of the house is a plateau paved with stone from where the stairs lead down to the yard and the entrance gate, but you can also approach the added bedroom. The complete material used is strictly natural to return the spirit of the past with reverence to the ancestors who built it.
